DELIVERY INFORMATION

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Orders take 2-3 business days to arrive for orders in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and 3-5 business days for orders in other Governorates like Upper Egypt, Red Sea and Matrouh. In extremely rare cases some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions. When delivering the courier may contact you to agree on a suitable delivery time.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

هيوصلك إيميل تأكيد أول ما تطلب الأوردر

وبعدها هيوصلك إيميل تاني فيه رقم التتبع أول ما الأوردر يخرج من المخزن.

الأوردر بياخد من ٢ لـ ٣ أيام عمل عشان يوصل لو أنت في القاهرة أو الجيزة أو الإسكندرية، ومن ٣ لـ ٥ أيام عمل للمحافظات التانية زي الدلتا، الصعيد، وسيناء. في حالات نادرة جداً ممكن الأوردر ياخد وقت أطول بسبب ظروف استثنائية. وقت التوصيل المندوب ممكن يتواصل معاك عشان يتفق معاك على معاد مناسب للتسليم.

لو ما استلمتش أوردرك في الوقت المحدد، أو الأوردر وصلك وفيه ضرر، اتواصل معنا خلال ٧ أيام من وقت التوصيل.

We're sorry about that!

The item(s) missing may have been out of stock. If we're unable to fulfil item(s) in your order, we'll have sent you an email about this - It’s worth checking your junk/spam folder too!

If you've checked the above and your order isn't arriving in separate packages, and we haven't let you know some of your order is out of stock, please let us know so we can look into this for you.

In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us through our dms (@blazewear.eg)with the following information and we'll get it sorted;

-Your order number

-The name of the item you didn't receive

-A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

All claims for orders received incorrectly due to receiving the wrong item must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

المنتج أو المنتجات اللي مش موجودة ممكن تكون خلصت من المخزن. لو ماقدرناش نوفر كل المنتجات اللي طلبتها، هنبعتلك إيميل نوضح فيه ده – اتأكد كمان إنك تبص في فولدر السبام!

لو اتأكدت من الكلام اللي فوق، والأوردر بتاعك مش جاي في شحنات منفصلة، وإحنا ما بلغناكش إن في منتج مش متوفر، كلمنا فورًا عشان نتابع الاوردر.

أي بلاغ عن نقص في المنتجات لازم يتم خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

لو استلمت بالخطأ منتج غير اللي طلبته أو أوردر مختلف، أو الأوردر وصلك وفيه أي ضرر، كلمنا على الرسائل الخاصة على إنستجرام (@blazewear.eg) ومعاك المعلومات دي:

اسم المنتج اللي ما استلمتوش

صورة واسم المنتج اللي وصلك (لو المنتج غلط)

أي بلاغ عن استلام منتج غلط لازم يتم خلال ١٤ يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

We offer 30 day returns on all items as long as they're unworn and in their original condition.
To start a return you can either request a return through your account or dm us (@blazewear.eg) with the following information:

-Your order number

-The name of the item(s) you'd like to return


Once the items are received and inspected at our HQ the refund will take place. This usually takes 3-5 business days.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

We offer 30 day exchanges on all items as long as they're unworn and in their original condition.
To start a return you can dm us (@blazewear.eg) with the following information:

-Your order number

-The name of the item(s) you'd like to exchange

-The name and size of the item(s) you'd like to receive


All claims for orders received incorrectly due to receiving the wrong item must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

I DIDN'T GET MY REFUND

If you've already given your returned items to the courier and haven't gotten your refund yet, the items probably didn't arrive at our HQ yet! If it's been more than 5 business days since you returned the items please dm us (@blazewear.eg).

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

You have 30 days to return your items as long as they're unworn and in their original condition!

Wash your clothes inside out

We're just being honest here - sweat, dead skin and bacteria accumulate on the inside of your garments, which can cause it to smell. By washing your clothes inside out though, you will ensure a more thorough clean - that's a win!

Wash at low or cold temperatures

Washing your items at High temperatures can ruin the fibers that make up the fabric and the prints!
